Founder & CEO, Actual Cuisines
Anthony Miller is an award-winning Certified Executive Chef and visionary entrepreneur with over 30 years of global culinary leadership. As Founder and CEO of Actual Cuisines, a modern food and lifestyle company, Miller channels his expertise in delivering innovative, chef-driven dining and private chef experiences rooted in excellence and sustainability.
His distinguished career spans to international five-star resorts, luxury hotels, and elite culinary competitions. He is the recipient of multiple gold medals, including the Salt Fish Champion Chef title (Jamaica, 2009) and Certified Angus Beef Team Gold Medal (Taste of the Caribbean, 2011). His talents have taken him from leading wine dinners in South Africa to earning the title of “Best Culinary Team of the Year” (2018) while Executive Chef of PB&J Resort in Jamaica.
A Dallas native, Miller’s culinary journey began in Texas, but his impact is global. Today, through Actual Cuisines and his published memoir, Tom Kitty, Kitchen Stories, he continues to inspire the next generation of chefs while redefining the meaning of premium food experiences.

We can incorporate bulk storage, arches, mirrors, tables and tasting stations, as well as cabinets for glasses or other accessories. We have a wide variety of racking options and supplemental pieces that will provide just the look you have in mind, whatever that may be.
